A universal vaccine against all infections has been developed

The design universality is that for the creation of the vaccine against any virus, only seven days are required. It should allow to fight against epidemics and pandemics promptly.

The basis of the new vaccine composition is RNA, and, according to scientists, RNA vaccines are safer than DNA analogues. The idea of such a development isn’t new, but previous attempts to create RNA vaccines for encoding the proteins that cause the body's immune response were unsuccessful. Now, scientists have discovered an effective method for delivery of molecules into the human body, whereby the universal RNA vaccine was introduced in the form of intramuscular injections.

The incredible results were obtained in laboratory experiments on experimental animals. 100% of mice have got a strong immunity against Ebola virus, influenza, as well as toxoplasma.

The results of this research were published in Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences Journal (Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences).
