Ingredients: 1 capsule contains: Humulus lupulus cone extract 60 mg, Lavandula angustifolia flower extract 50 mg, L-theanine 50 mg, Valeriana officinalis root extract 40 mg and melatonin 3 mg.

Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose bulking agent, lactose monohydrate, corn starch stabiliser, povidone, colloidal silicon dioxide anticaking agent, capsule (gelatin, purified water, titanium dioxide colorant, povidone, sodium lauryl sulfate, armouropol).

Characteristics of ingredients:

Humulus lupulus cone extract contains alpha- and beta-acids, essential oil and flavonoids that have a sedative effect, help to eliminate the symptoms of mild stress and improve the process of falling asleep.  

Lavandula angustifolia flower extract, due to its essential oil and flavonoids, is used to relieve anxiety, has a sedative effect and helps to relieve nervous tension.

Valeriana officinalis root extract contains essential oil, which includes monoterpenes, isovaleric acid, camphor and valerianol. The complex of these substances has sedative and anti-anxiety properties, helps to relieve mild nervous tension and stress, and has a favourable effect on the process of falling asleep and the quality of sleep.

L-theanine is a non-protein water-soluble amino acid, which has a positive effect on the state of the nervous system due to the release of glutathione, protects nerve cells from damage, and, together with gamma-aminobutyric acid, helps to improve the quality and duration of sleep. Due to its favourable effect on the activity of nervous system mediators, it has a calming effect, reduces anxiety and emotional stress, improves memory and attention. 

Melatonin is a nervous system hormone produced by the pineal gland that is responsible for regulating circadian sleep rhythms. Melatonin improves sleep, increases the overall duration of sleep and improves the quality of sleep.

Recommendations for use: EASY NIGHT FORTE can be recommended as a complex of biologically active substances that reduces nervous tension, has a favorable effect on the process of falling asleep and the quality of sleep, improves the state of the nervous system and facilitates the body's reaction to the change of time zones.

It is recommended to consult your doctor before use.

Contraindications: the product is not recommended for children under 12 years of age, pregnant and lactating women and people with individual hypersensitivity to the components.

Warnings: do not exceed the recommended daily dose (serving). The product is not a substitute for a balanced diet.

Method of administration:  adults and children over 12 years of age should take 1-2 capsules 3 times a day to reduce the symptoms of stress and anxiety; in case of sleep disorder – 1-2 capsules 1 to 1.5 hours before bedtime; in case of jet lag on the first day of travelling and during the next few days after arrival at the destination – 1-2 capsules a day, or as recommended by a doctor.

Duration of use: 2-4 weeks. The further period of use and possibility of repeated courses of treatment should be discussed with your doctor.

Storage conditions: store at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C in the original manufacturer’s packaging.

Release form: 10 capsules in a blister, 2 blisters in a carton.

Each capsule weight: 596 mg ± 5%.

Shelf-life: 3 years from the date of manufacture.
