Composition: 1 capsule contains the following extracts:

• Vitex agnus castus fruit extract – 125 mg;
• Withania somnifera root extract – 100 mg;
• Zingiber officinale rhizome extract – 35 mg;
• Trigonella foenum-graecum seed extract – 30 mg;

bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; stabiliser: corn starch; anti-caking agent: talc; preservative: sodium benzoate. Capsule: gelatin, purified water, preservatives: methylparaben, propylparaben; emulsifier: sodium lauryl sulfate.

Recommendations for use:

FEMIMENS can be included in the diet as a source of substances with a physiological effect of plant origin that:

• supports physiological processes in the female body during periods of natural cyclical changes;
• is appropriate as a nutritional element during periods of functional stress associated with age-related characteristics;
• supports the physiological adaptation of the body and the natural balance of internal systems.

Method of administration and recommended daily dose:

women should take 1 capsule twice daily after meals or according to individual physician recommendations.

It is recommended to consult your doctor before use.

Duration of use: the recommended course is 3 to 6 months. The further use and the possibility of repeat courses should be agreed with your doctor.

Warnings: do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose for daily consumption. The product should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.

Not recommended for women with a personal or family history of breast cancer. Not recommended in cases of hormone-dependent cancer or a personal or family history of such diseases, prolactin-secreting pituitary tumour, or a history of pituitary gland diseases.

Not recommended for consumption while taking sedatives, hypnotics, or antiepileptic medicinal products.

Contraindications: the product is contraindicated for children, pregnant women, and women during lactation and those with individual sensitivity to the product components.

Release form: capsules, 10 capsules in a blister, 3 blisters in a carton.

Capsule weight: 524 mg ± 7.5%.

Storage conditions: store in the original manufacturer's packaging in a dry, light-protected place at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C.

Keep out of reach of children.

Shelf life: 3 years from the date of manufacture.

Do not use the product after the expiry date indicated on the packaging.
