PLANTAIN ANANTA SYRUP

Composition:

5 ml of syrup contain: Folium plantaginis lanceolatae liquid extract (1:5) – 1.25 g, Florum malvae sylvestris liquid extract (1:5) – 1.25 g.

Excipients: purified water; sugar, sorbitol sweeteners; propylene glycol carrier; potassium sorbate preservative; citric acid monohydrate acidity regulator; xanthan gum thickener; orange flavour.

Characteristics of ingredient.

Plantago lanceolata leaf has an anti-inflammatory effect on the mucous membranes of the throat and antimicrobial and antiviral activities as well. In addition, it has antioxidant properties.

Malva sylvestris flowers have an anti-inflammatory effect, and exhibit an antioxidant activity by neutralizing free radicals, and have an antimicrobial effect. It has a calming effect on dry cough and sore throat.

Recommendations for use: the product can be recommended as a supplement to food ration and has a beneficial effect on the respiratory tract. The product can be used to alleviate dry coughing and eliminate throat irritation.  

It is recommended to consult your doctor before use.

Method of administration:

Children from 3 to 6 years of age –5 ml 3 times a day;

Children from 7 to 14 years of age – 5-10 ml 3 times a day;

Adults and children over 14 years of age – 10 ml 3-5 times a day.

It is recommended to take the syrup with a small amount of warm water. Since the food may accelerate the syrup’s elimination from the mucous membrane of the mouth and throat, you should not eat after taking the syrup.

Duration of use: 7 - 10 days. The further period of use and possibility of repeated courses should be discussed with your doctor.

Precautions for use: the product contains sugar, which should be taken into consideration in diabetic patients.

Warnings: do not to exceed the recommended daily dose (serving). The product is not a substitute for a balanced diet. Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.

Contraindications: the product is contraindicated for pregnant and breastfeeding women, children under 3 years of age and people with individual hypersensitivity to any of the components.

Release form: syrup 150 ml in a flask in a carton.

Storage conditions: store in the original manufacturer's packaging in a dry place protected from light at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C.

Keep out of reach of children.

Shelf life: 3 years from the manufacture date.
